Do I need to bring a mat?
No – you will be provided with everything you need for a Pilates class although many people prefer to bring their own mat. And of course, you will want to have your own mat to practice at home.
What should I wear?
For Pilates classes, please wear socks and comfortable clothes that you can move in. Fitted garments are preferred so that body shape and movement can be seen.
What if I miss a class?
If you know you won’t be able to make it, please let us know as soon as you can and there is no charge for cancelling with more than 24 hours’ notice.
Need to clarify this. If I have a block of ten sessions pre-paid, why do I have to cancel or notify?
Can I join part way through the term?
Yes. Unlike other Pilates venues, we do not operate with fixed terms. We understand that everyone has life commitments and may not guarantee to be available same day, same time therefore we have a flexible approach.
How much does it cost?
