For the individual recovering from an injury or suffering discomfort, we recommend one to one personal training sessions, or alternatively the beginner classes. Our beginner Pilates mat classes, with a bespoke repertoire, ensure close supervision. One to one sessions will enable individual attention, under the guidance of a dual qualified Pilates Instructor / Personal Trainer.
Intermediate and Advanced classes are available if you have previous experience with Pilates, or once you have progressed to a higher level of strength, stability and fitness. Alternatively, you may wish to proceed to advanced forms of training on a one-to-basis, the choice is always yours.
